Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between VR777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player", "Member") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at vr777.cam and any associated sub-domains or applications operated by VR777.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of nationality or place of residence, subject to jurisdictional restrictions described in Section 4. VR777 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion without obligation to provide specific reasons.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on VR777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period you maintain an active account.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by VR777 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your account.

VR777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent document), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on VR777. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 9. Where duplicate accounts are detected, VR777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

5.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and accessible email address, your date of birth, and your preferred contact method. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify VR777's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

5.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, VR777 will require you to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting clear copies of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent); (b) a recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent issued within the past three months); and where required, (c) documentation evidencing your source of funds. KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

VR777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. VR777 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals made via these standard methods, although your payment provider's own terms, limits, and any applicable fees remain your responsibility.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide: e-wallet transactions (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum of RM30; FPX bank transfer transactions carry a minimum of RM50; USDT TRC20 transactions carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 100. Maximum transaction limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary based on your account tier and verification status.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX are processed within standard banking hours and may take up to several hours depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes. VR777 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met.
• Your withdrawal request must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits for your account tier.
• Your account must be in good standing — no pending investigations for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• The withdrawal method you select must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable under anti-money-laundering requirements.

6.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on VR777 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. VR777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

VR777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering on games with an RTP above a specified threshold, or games otherwise excluded from wagering contribution, may not count toward, or may only partially count toward, the wagering requirement.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

VR777 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets (e.g., covering both outcomes) to generate artificial wagering turnover; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; and coordinating with other Players to meet wagering requirements systematically. Where bonus abuse is identified, VR777 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account concerned.

7.3 Promotion Modifications

VR777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirement already in progress for an existing Player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was claimed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on VR777 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, as published within the respective game or betting interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable product rules. The following general principles apply across all gaming and betting activities on the Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. VR777 is not obligated to cancel or amend a bet following confirmation, except in circumstances described in applicable product rules (e.g., event cancellation in sports betting).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and are subject to change at VR777's discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — VR777 will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided at VR777's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VR777. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, maintaining, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including KYC documentation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism to conceal, convert, or transfer funds of illicit origin. VR777 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international standards.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting strategies intended to exploit promotions.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human behaviour.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or misconfigured odds or pricing on the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment reversals or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds deposited to VR777. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party, or using another person's account credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the VR777 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, design elements, and the VR777 brand name and associated trademarks — is the property of VR777 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of VR777. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate revocation of your access licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VR777 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

VR777 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages (including payment processors and game providers), and events outside VR777's reasonable control may result in Platform unavailability. VR777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

12.2 Minimum Age Enforcement

In summary, VR777 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of providing and improving the Platform, conducting KYC verification, preventing fraud and money laundering, and complying with applicable international regulatory obligations. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your VR777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions, including KYC verification. Accounts enrolled in a self-exclusion period may not be closed during the exclusion window; the exclusion will continue until its expiry or until VR777's compliance team reviews and processes the request.

14.2 Termination by VR777

VR777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as described in Section 9; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; (c) it is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order; (d) the Player's account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 24 months; or (e) continuing to provide services to the Player would place VR777 in breach of any applicable law or licensing condition.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked. Where closure follows a determination of Prohibited Activity, VR777 is not obligated to return any funds remaining in the account. Where closure is initiated at the Player's request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, remaining real-money balances will be returned subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which VR777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through VR777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory legal protections available to you under the laws of your country of habitual residence that cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

VR777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, VR777 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or on-site notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
